PRIVACY POLICY
At Plats, we are committed to ensuring that any information shared by you on our site and your privacy is protected. Any email ID, phone number, address or any other information shared by you shall never be shared with any third party. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All orders under Rs 5000 can be cancelled up to 12 hours before dispatch. All bulk orders above Rs 5000 or any special request orders / gifting or catering orders can be cancelled 48 hours before dispatch for a refund. Beyond that we cannot offer any refunds as the kitchen begins preparing and procuring ingredients.
All refunds shall be processed within 7 working days.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with any food product that you have purchased from our website, write to us at plats.delhi@gmail.com for a replacement. Please make sure to include the following details in your email:
1. Your name.
2. Order ID
3. Date of purchase.
4. The dishes you were unsatisfied with and would like refunded.
5. The reason for returning the food.
