Jamsheed Bhote /Hanisha Singh
Hanisha and Jamsheed both specialized in culinary arts at the prestigious Oberoi
Centre of Learning and Development. Jamsheed continued at The Oberoi group of hotels spending 4 years as Senior kitchen executive at Trident Chennai and then moving on to open the Trident Hyderabad. During this period he won a gold medal at a culinary competition held by the Indian federation of culinary associations and was ranked amongst the top chefs in the southern region of the country. His passion for food and learning took him to stage for 15days each at 2 michelin star restaurants, viajante and pollen street social ranked amongst the top 10 restaurants in the United Kingdom. It is during these stages that he gained more insight into modern gastronomy. Jamsheed made the move to restaurants by taking up the post of Chef de cuisine for Café Mezzuna – a unit of speciality restaurants, where he was responsible for all the European food under the banner of the restaurant group. During his teneur at Speciality restaurant he opened 5 restaurants for the company before moving to New Delhi as Executive Chef the modern European restaurant Tres as well as heading the operations for a central bakery business and a number of pop up restaurant within New Delhi and Goa.

Chef Hanisha, an allumini of the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development started her career at the Trident Nariman point Mumbai as kitchen executive. After a stint at the Trident Nariman point as Kitchen executive, Hanishamoved into stand alone restaurants. She worked as Sous chef for the Impresario group of restaurants and during her tenure of close to 3 years she headed the kitchen of an immensely successful Smoke house grill. Her new found passion for desserts led her to Bangkok where she trained under Chef Andres Lara, who is considered of the top pastry chefs in the world. Packed with the passion to please and the knowledge gained she opened My little food company in the year 2012. She lay her foundation with interactive, Hands-on Cooking Classes, customized dessert orders and the opportunity to Take home the chef, giving customers the chance to get her to cook for them and their close ones. From Small parties of 10- 20people serving snacks and small bites on circulation or even an elaborate sit-down, pre-plated 3 course meals in the comfort of their homes. Her in depth knowledge of baking and her skills has led her to working closely with the American kitchen appliance company KitchenAid, where she is was Chef consultant for the Asia Pacific region.

Hanisha and Jamsheed also ran a chef consultancy firm helping people with a passion to run restaurants realise their dreams.
